When it come to exchange online, one of the main concern of administrators are the migration process of the existing mailbox up to the cloud. After doing multiple migration to BPOS, what I can say is the migration process has been very well taken care by Microsoft. Tools are all available in the BPOS admin portal for you to download to do it just as you can see from the picture below. Tools like Microsoft Online Services Migration Tools, which take care of migration between your current exchange to exchange on the cloud, and Microsoft Online Services Sign In Tools which I used to due with user that are on POP mail currently. You can see from the screenshot below that on the right of the window, there is a column “Related Help”. This place contain very clear and helpful instruction on the migration steps.
