This serves to provide quick answers that you may have in your mind regarding SWUG Meetups.

Q: How often and when does SWUG meetup?
A: SWUG usually meets up everything 2nd Wednesday of the month, from 6.30pm to about 10pm. Its subjected to change depending on resources and if there are any events going on.

Q: How does one know when a meetup is coming?
A: We send out notification between 1 to 2 weeks before the meetup to allow ample time for members to react. Emails will reach the email registered with SWUG from swug@mvps.org. A notification will also be posted on this forum and on http://sgwindowsgroup.org/blogs/swug

Q: Can i bring a friend along to the meetups?
A: Yes you can, but we would encourage you to register prior to coming. There are a few reasons. Occassionally, we will arrange for snacks, we'll need a headcount. Secondly, if there is a cancellation of event, we will notify only registrants so we don't spam all SWUGsters.

Q: Are the sessions recorded and shared?
A: Yes. The sessions shared are usually recorded. Depending on the confidentiality of the topic, there may be times we don't record. Recording is on a best effort basis. We have partnered with Microsoft on making the recording available. Recordings will be shared publicly over http://GeeksEngaged.Com
