A Gem of Its
Kind…… Like an extended family reunion, both the young and
old thronged the auditorium of Microsoft Singapore on the Saturday morning of
28th April 2007. As they chatted freely and mingled among
themselves, the excitement in the air was palpable. It was a heartwarming
sight indeed. This was especially so for the brainchild of this event,
Singapore Windows User Group (SWUG) and Singapore .NET Professional User
Group (SGDOTNET) Leaders, Dennis Chung and Alvin Lau who, together with the
rest of the Singapore MVPs, had toiled many nights to make this long-awaited
event both a reality and success. And that special event was the LOVE 2007
Community Launch run by the community and for the community!
